Don Robertson They have successfully transferred all of the old 16mm, 8mm films for me. They have restored and repaired items and always find a ‘solution’ for my many photo issues. Patty Leggat After dealing directly with Canon in Mississauga to procure a part for my AX20 video camera, hoping to do the replacement myself; as it seemed to be a simple job replacing a battery clip holder – Canon’s attitude was arguable contrite in saying after buying the part, that they would not install that particular one, but I’d have to buy another. No instructions where provided to assist in its replacement, with Canon basically saying tough luck. And good luck was found from the fine people at HMS – they replaced the part for me that was clearly a part that only a qualified expert could have performed – Praise for HMS – shame on Canon David Newman Gary and his team have helped us with media solutions for both our business and our home and let me tell you they are fantastic.
