We always go to HMS when we need a DVD montage for our family birthdays. We are consistently impressed by the finished product. The picture transition is outstanding and the music has a perfect flow during the slide show. There is always care and thoughtfulness put into the finished product and we are never disappointed. Excellent customer service too. They are always friendly and helpful and emails and questions are answered right away. We recently moved from Hamilton to the London area, and we still use HMS for all our video needs:)

Big thanks for recovering ALL of my lost pictures on my external hard drive. When I say “all” I mean my entire life of pictures. Can you imagine my feeling when it said I had no pictures . Thinking that I would never see all my pictures of family and friends who passed away, my daughter growing up, family and friends, and many memories. Never be able to pass these on the next generations. It took Gary many, many, many days to recover my pictures but he was able to recovery my lost photo memories. There are not enough ways to say thank you!!

Accolades to this company! The owners/staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I recently had 56 year old 8mm movies transferred to DVDs, Mp4 and PAL formats. The project was done on time and perfect. They surprised me by adding beautiful soft background music to my silent movies and custom labelling the discs. They gave new life to my old family memories!!!

I just wanted to thank you so much for the wonderful job you folks did of transferring all the old film reels of my family’s ‘memories’ on to dvd. I laughed and cried as I watched. My mother was not well throughout much of my childhood and I have very few memories of her laughing and being happy or of happy family memories. This was such a gift. She died at 47 when my sister was just nine and she can barely remember her so this will be a most special surprise Christmas present. The music you added as background only serves to make it even more poignant – so thank you for the outstanding job you did. I know we and our offspring will treasure these images and memories for years to come.

After dealing directly with Canon in Mississauga to procure a part for my AX20 video camera, hoping to do the replacement myself; as it seemed to be a simple job replacing a battery clip holder – Canon’s attitude was arguable contrite in saying after buying the part, that they would not install that particular one, but I’d have to buy another. No instructions where provided to assist in its replacement, with Canon basically saying tough luck. And good luck was found from the fine people at HMS – they replaced the part for me that was clearly a part that only a qualified expert could have performed – Praise for HMS – shame on Canon
